Seven Steps, From Drawing to Shipment
Core casting, machining, and inspection are all completed in-house — a clear process chain with controllable key nodes, ideal for stable export supply and OEM/ODM customization.
Drawing Review
Receive drawings / samples, review material, tolerance, and manufacturability. Provide process assessment and quote.
Mold & Prototyping
Make first article, confirm dimensions and appearance with client, approve sample before mass production to avoid large-scale rework.
Blank Casting
Investment casting / sand casting / die casting. Medium-frequency induction melting, controlled alloy composition and internal quality, heat-lot traceability.
CNC Machining
Turning and milling machining centers finish critical dimensions, mating surfaces, and surface finish per drawing. First article inspection and in-process sampling.
Surface Treatment
Deburring, sandblasting, painting / plating, zinc plating / black oxide / Dacromet to meet appearance and corrosion-resistance requirements.
Full Inspection
CMM measures critical dimensions, spectrometer checks composition, third-party testing available for re-verification.
Packing & Shipping
Rust prevention + export-standard packaging, container loading at nearby Ningbo Port for hassle-free logistics.

From Alloy to Qualified Blank
Depending on part shape, wall thickness, and order volume, we select investment casting, sand casting, or die casting. Controlled alloy composition and stable pouring produce complex, high-precision machinery part blanks — a solid foundation for downstream machining.
- Investment casting: ideal for complex shapes and high-precision parts
- Sand casting: suitable for small to large castings, cost-effective for batch blanks
- Die casting: 250–1600T machines, efficient aluminum and zinc alloy forming
- Common materials: stainless steel, alloy steel, ductile iron, aluminum alloys
- Medium-frequency induction melting: uniform composition, heat-lot traceable

CNC Finishing to Tolerance
Casting blanks move to CNC turning and milling centers for finishing — producing the critical dimensions, mating surfaces, and surface finish specified on the drawing. Vertical / horizontal machining centers and CNC turning centers handle both batch and non-standard work with ease.
- Machining centers + CNC lathes cover turning, milling, drilling, and tapping
- Critical dimensions controlled to drawing tolerance, first article inspection, in-process sampling
- Hydraulic parts, agricultural / engineering machinery parts, and auto-truck wheel-end machining
- From single parts to sub-assembly, reducing your outsourcing steps
Main Equipment & Inspection Capabilities
Advanced equipment underpins quality. Our factory houses casting equipment, precision machining, and inspection instruments — enabling full in-house control from blank to finished product.

Quality Comes From Every Controlled Step
ISO 9001 quality management with complete inspection records from incoming material to shipment. Spectral analysis of raw materials, metallographic inspection, tensile and hardness testing, and CMM full inspection at every layer.
Incoming Inspection
Spectral analysis on arrival — material grade and composition must match before stocking
First Article Confirmation
Full-dimensional first article inspection before mass production; matches approved sample before batch run
In-process Inspection
In-process sampling at key steps keeps dimensions and appearance controlled in real time
Final Inspection
Full / sampling inspection of finished parts with inspection records; third-party testing supported
