Seven Steps, From Drawing to Shipment

Core casting, machining, and inspection are all completed in-house — a clear process chain with controllable key nodes, ideal for stable export supply and OEM/ODM customization.

  1. Drawing Review

    Receive drawings / samples, review material, tolerance, and manufacturability. Provide process assessment and quote.

  2. Mold & Prototyping

    Make first article, confirm dimensions and appearance with client, approve sample before mass production to avoid large-scale rework.

  3. Blank Casting

    Investment casting / sand casting / die casting. Medium-frequency induction melting, controlled alloy composition and internal quality, heat-lot traceability.

  4. CNC Machining

    Turning and milling machining centers finish critical dimensions, mating surfaces, and surface finish per drawing. First article inspection and in-process sampling.

  5. Surface Treatment

    Deburring, sandblasting, painting / plating, zinc plating / black oxide / Dacromet to meet appearance and corrosion-resistance requirements.

  6. Full Inspection

    CMM measures critical dimensions, spectrometer checks composition, third-party testing available for re-verification.

  7. Packing & Shipping

    Rust prevention + export-standard packaging, container loading at nearby Ningbo Port for hassle-free logistics.

From Alloy to Qualified Blank

Depending on part shape, wall thickness, and order volume, we select investment casting, sand casting, or die casting. Controlled alloy composition and stable pouring produce complex, high-precision machinery part blanks — a solid foundation for downstream machining.

CNC Finishing to Tolerance

Casting blanks move to CNC turning and milling centers for finishing — producing the critical dimensions, mating surfaces, and surface finish specified on the drawing. Vertical / horizontal machining centers and CNC turning centers handle both batch and non-standard work with ease.

Answered Before You Customize

Can you do investment casting?
Yes. Investment (lost wax) casting is ideal for complex shapes and high-precision parts, and can be combined with CNC machining to tighten dimensions further. Send your drawings and we will assess whether the process fits your part.
What materials do you support?
Ferrous metals including stainless steel, alloy steel, ductile iron and gray iron, plus non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloys. Materials can be customized to your requirements.
Can you prototype before mass production?
Yes. After drawings and process are confirmed, we produce a first article / sample for your approval before arranging mass production, avoiding large-scale rework.
How do you ensure critical dimensions?
Critical dimensions are inspected on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), combined with in-process sampling and first article confirmation. For parts with tight geometric tolerances, please provide complete drawings for review.
